This is a replica of Thor’s hammer found in Skåne. The original can be seen at the National History Museum in Stockholm.

Thor is the god of thunder and the strongest of all the asa gods and men. He is the trolls' greatest enemy, and during the hunt he was pulled by the goats Tanngrisner and Tanngnojst in their chariot across the firmament. The sound evoked the thunder and the lightning created by the flash as he threw his hammer Mjölner at the troll.
