GENERALLY

In order to shop at Irrbloss Smycken, you must be over 18 or have a guardian's approval.

Please note that all our orders are logged with time and IP address. All fake orders are reported to the police.

PRICES

Sweden:     
Each item is listed with a price in SEK including VAT (25%).
In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.    
Free shipping within Sweden.

International:   
European currencies are available at our sidebar. 
Notice that no taxes or customs duty for your choosen country will be included in the total price, only the shipping cost. 

PRIVATE POLICY

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Accounting Act, this information must be saved for seven (7) years plus the current year. We never sell your data to third parties for e.g. advertising or marketing. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by e-mail.

COOKIES

This online store uses cookies according to the Electronic Communications Act, July 25, 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information to help the online store identify and track users. Cookies exist as session cookies and as cookies that are permanently stored on your computer. During your first visit to the online store, your browser is assigned a session cookie that is unique and is used to not confuse you as a user with other users. To be able to use the online store, you should allow cookies in your browser. This type of cookie is used solely to give you as a visitor a better experience and support and does not store any personal information about you. Cookies can be deleted. In this online store, cookies are used, for example, to keep track of your shopping cart, your settings and which pages you have visited in order to provide you with a better customer experience and support.

DELIVERIES

Delivery time is normally 3-5 working days (Sweden), subject to delays beyond our control. We always aim to send the delivery the next business day. All deliveries are left to agents for Postnord.

Irrbloss Smycken is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to incorrect information. Therefore, be careful when filling these in your order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Through the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return goods within 14 days.

Your message must clearly state that you regret it.

The right to withdraw begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it, alternatively on the day you received a notification about collection if this was done.
If the agreement concerns a custom-made item - or an item that has been given a clear personal touch, the cooling-off period begins on the day we provide information. You do not have the right to cancel if: The service was started during the cancellation period with your consent or the product cannot be returned due to its nature.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation. Read more under section Returns.

RETURNS

Returns are at your own expense, except if the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. In the event of a replacement of a defective or wrongly sent item, we will pay the new shipping from us to you. When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us.

Make sure you get a submission receipt from your agent. This is your guarantee that you sent the item back. We will notify you via e-mail when we have received and registered the return. From the amount to be refunded, we are entitled to deduct shipping costs plus an amount corresponding to the decrease in value of the goods compared to the original value of the goods, if and to the extent that such decrease in value is due to your having handled the goods to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function.

Please note that we do not redeem against cash on delivery.

COMPLAINT

If you want to complain about an error, you should contact us by e-mail at irrblosssmycken@gmail.com The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you noticed or should have noticed the error. The right to complain exists for a period of three years. It assumes that all care instructions are followed and normal care is observed. Feel free to make your complaint easier by describing the perceived fault in detail, documenting any visible damage/changes with pictures and including information about the order number for the product being complained about.

In the event of an approved complaint, Irrbloss Smycken is responsible for the return shipping. If there is something wrong with the item, we will try to repair it in the first instance and if that is not possible, we will exchange for a new item. You can also be compensated for the damage if you want to keep it, or in cases where it doesn't work, you can have the item repurchased. If we cannot repair or replace the product, we will return the purchase price paid. In cases where the complaint is not approved, the shipping cost will be invoiced to you as a customer afterwards.

REIMBURSEMENT OBLIGATION

We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 14 days from the day we received the goods. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
