The Fenris wolf (Fenrir) means “the one who hides in the mire.”Fenrir is bound with chains as all prophecies say he is destined to be the death of the Æsir gods during Ragnarök.
The Valknut is a symbol of three joined triangles.It is believed to symbolize Odin's power, with which he could bind or unbind a man's memory, rendering him helpless in battle. Some also believe that the nine points in the Valknut represent the nine worlds held together by Yggdrasil or the nine days Odin hung from the world tree to gain his wisdom.
