The rich history of the Imperial Link dates back to the Byzantine Empire, which flourished from the 5th to the 15th centuries. The empire was known for its sophisticated and luxurious style where prosperity and wealth were in abundance. The imperial link, or Byzantine link as it is also called, was a way to show one's status. It was originally made of gold and was often adorned with precious stones, which is why it was not allowed to be worn by just any ordinary person. Hence the name imperial link, which today is made in both gold, silver and steel.
